Appointments

If your pet is in need of emergency service or is being transferred from your family veterinarian’s hospital you may come directly to us without an appointment. 

IF TIME ALLOWS call us on (02) 9371 6959 and provide a brief description of the problem and your approximate time of arrival. 

This will allow our staff to prepare for your arrival. 

Please bring pertinent medical records, a list of current medications and any known allergy information with you whenever possible.

If your pet has swallowed a toxic substance bring the container or label with you.  

Patients requiring hospitalisation can be admitted for overnight care.  Less critically ill patients will be treated and discharged as outpatients. 

If your pet is hospitalised, the following day it will either be sent home, sent to your family veterinary hospital or referred to a specialist centre.
